With a boiler care plan, you can know that trained professionals will be servicing and maintaining your heating system, keeping your home warm and comfortable throughout the year.

We will even remind you when your boiler service is due each year!

Various plans are available. Choose from:

Boiler Only———- From £10 + VAT a month

• Annual boiler service & safety check.
• Flue gas analysis.
• Check operation of all internal boiler components 
• Gas leak test.
• Water Quality test to make sure your system is not suffering from corrosion.
• Cleaning of all system filters if present.
• Check that all controls are set correctly to ensure that the boiler is running at maximum efficiency.
• Priority call out in the event of a boiler breakdown.

Boiler & Breakdown cover —- From £15 + VAT

• Annual boiler service & safety check.
• Flue gas analysis.
• Check operation of all internal boiler components 
• Gas leak test.
• Water Quality test to make sure your system is not suffering from corrosion.
• Cleaning of all system filters if present.
• Check that all controls are set correctly to ensure that the boiler is running at maximum efficiency.
• Priority call out in the event of a boiler breakdown.
• No labour charge should your boiler break down.
• Up to 3 call outs per year per year

Boiler, Central Heating & Plumbing— From £24

• Annual boiler service & safety check.
• Flue gas analysis.
• Check operation of all internal boiler components 
• Gas leak test.
• Water Quality test to make sure your system is not suffering from corrosion.
• Cleaning of all system filters if present.
• Check that all controls are set correctly to ensure that the boiler is running at maximum efficiency.
• Priority call out in the event of a boiler breakdown.
• All parts and labour should your boiler break down.
• All parts & labour should your heating system break down - radiators & pipework and any components outside the boiler case are now covered.
• Up to 5 call outs per year included

In order to join our Home care plan an initital boiler service and inspection is required and Thermal Heating reserves the right to refuse if the boiler or system is deemed to be not up to standard and not incompliance with Gas Safe regulations, all packages are subject to T&C's, New installations installed by Thermal Heating will not require initial service and inspection.
